I’m a speaker at an Epic Web3’s event. What to start with?

— The title of your talk.

Retention/User acquisition/DeFi strategies — these are not the greatest title foк your talk. Try to narrow it down and think of a key message of your speech. The audience is usually interested in specific techniques, something tried and true from your professional experience. 👉 Great examples for the title:

— How we onboarded X users in X days

— How to build HR-tech startup in Web3 when everyone is firing — X way to grow and leverage the community — How we became the first BNB chain crypto scanner in just a few months: StaySAFU's roadmap and secrets of growth.

— Subpoints (3-4 key takeaways, what the audience will learn from your talk) We need those ones to add it to the agenda and overview the structure of what you’ll be talking about.

🌱 Talk preparation: self-check questions

• 1) The main idea of the report in 10 words.
• 2) Three theses that follow a key thought.
